How We Help Your Child Succeed

We start by identifying exactly where your child is now in Maths and English — then build from there. Once their foundation is solid, we stretch their skills to 11+ exam level and introduce them to Verbal and Non-Verbal Reasoning (often not taught in school). We teach clear strategies to help them solve problems quickly and confidently.

We run regular practice tests so your child knows exactly what to expect — no surprises, no panic. With regular feedback, step-by-step guidance, and lots of encouragement, they’ll not only improve their knowledge but also grow in confidence and reduce test-day nerves.

How We Support You

We offer small-group weekly classes for Years 4, 5 and 6 that deliver focused, high-quality tuition across all key 11+ subjects: Maths, English, Verbal and Non-Verbal Reasoning. Holiday workshops are also available for those who want a boost during school breaks. Each session includes targeted homework to reinforce learning at home.

You’ll receive honest, supportive feedback from an experienced tutor who genuinely cares. We’ll celebrate your child’s progress with you and keep you in the loop every step of the way. Got questions or concerns? We’re always here to help.

What We Recommend

That children start preparing for the tests a year before, so starting your child when they enter Year 5 is an ideal time. However, with the test date being so early in Year 6 many parents may feel that their Year 4 child will benefit from an earlier introduction.

If you are considering starting with us in Year 4 this early introduction gives us the opportunity to identify and strengthen any areas of school learning that need additional support.
